On 12/01 at 23:11 we experienced a disruption of numerous OCLC services.
The following services suffered interruption during this event:
At 12:25 AM on 12/02 search functionality was partially restored, however, normal functional has not returned for service generally.
Technical teams continue to investigate with vendors.
Technology teams have restored the following service operations at the following locations:
03:14 US ET WorldCat Local searching is confirmed to be working for OPS in all locations
03:15 US ET OPS is able to login to WMS in Docklands and verify the system functions as expected with the exception of LMAN templates
03:15 US ET OPS is able to login to WMS in Toronto and verify the system functions as expected with the exception of LMAN templates
03:18 US ET OPS is unable to verify WMS functions in Dublin and Sydney
Teams cannot verify Connexion and FirstSearch

WorldCat continues to work in all locations
WorldCat Local continues to work in all locations (except for patron login in Dublin)
Hosted EzProxy sites continue to work
OCLC.ORG continues to work
Hosted CONTENTdm sites continue to work
WorldShare Management Service is working with minor exceptions in Toronto and Docklands
Status of services (not working):
WorldShare Management Service is not working in Dublin and Sydney
WorldShare ILL is not working
Discovery login is not working
Connexion is not working
FirstSearch is not working
Self Config is not working
Question Point is not working
Hosted ILLiad is not working
IDM is not working in Dublin
CMS is reporting down
In addition due to this issue we have held batch processing.
